The dedicated and decorated individuals who made up my teaching faculty were unparalleled in their ability to integrate creativity into classes and build up their students' music skills. I go out of my way to staff my school with teachers who exhibit exemplary patience, dedication and – of course – a true passion for music. I am not afraid to implement innovative approaches within disciplinary contexts and share my expertise with my students, and I am devoted to developing students’ skills and talent, providing them with the skills to pursue the music industry professionally.
